NicheCom and GotoView integrate with Reapit

Estate agents using Reapit’s AgencyCloud software can now manage orders for photography, 3D showcases, floorplans and EPCs through NicheCom, while GotoView virtual viewings can also now be booked directly through an app.

The NicheCom app sits among other apps that have been built to load and run seamlessly within AgencyCloud, while the GotoView software is hosted outside of AgencyCloud but integrates with the CRM in real time.

Reapit’s AppMarketplace allows customers and developers to extend the reach of their AgencyCloud

CRM in order to create a PropTech stack that meets all their requirements.

Matt Goddard, partnerships director at Reapit, said: “We are thrilled to have NicheCom launch both their orders app and GotoView integration in the AppMarketplace.

“We worked closely with NicheCom’s team during the development of the GotoView app in Foundations to ensure their virtual viewing platform, that combines Matterport 3D Showcase technology with video call facilitation, worked seamlessly within our CRM, AgencyCloud.”

NicheCom hopes that this integration will encourage more agents to use its property marketing services.

Peter Burnham, MD of NicheCom, commented: “We often receive praise on how quick, simple and easy it is to order, track and download marketing assets via our work management system. However, if we multiply the number of minutes spent on these tasks by the number of orders we receive, then that’s well over 10,000 hours of input/output administration per annum.

Nick Moir, head of customer service experience at Andrews Estate Agency, has spoken in favour of the integration, claiming it will save his company hours of time over the course of a week when it comes to the process of getting photography, showcases and floorplans for a property.

He said: “As soon as the assets drop into the CRM, we can start marketing a property and get it listed on all the portals.”
