New valuation tracker will ‘transform the way you win instructions’

Property Network has launched a new automated valuation management tool for estate agents.

The company, which is also behind other industry products, including Agent Canvassing, Virtual Val & PropertyPix, claims that the Valuation Tracker will ‘transform the way you win instructions’.

Property Network says the new tool is the first of its kind to maintain contact with homeowners, tracking valuation opportunities, from past and present, even completions along with any contacts you register each day, such as phone in’s and instant valuation enquiries, among other opportunities.

Once the lead is in Valuation Tracker, it will continue to monitor the status of the property to check if it has gone onto the market, changed agents, withdrawn, sold, or sold since completed.

The process is built around workflows which will allow agents to maintain contact with them in the future.

The product is designed to enable agents to pick up when the homeowner is ready to sell their property. It will also register an agent’s completed sales and contact them on anniversaries.

The omni-channel marketing approach will alert agents when their message has been delivered, read, and then clicked on, to help establish when is a good time to call the potential vendor.

Michelle Meah, the Property Network’s managing director, said: “Whilst stock levels remain low, the importance of winning instructions is even more so. That’s where having access to innovative software that provides time saving and problem-solving solutions is vital.  Valuation Tracker is perfectly placed to maximise any opportunity that comes their way.

“With flexible workflows to suit you and seamless cross-channel communications that engage with your audience, start a journey that will win vendors for life.”
