A new lettings portal has launched, charging £49 per month.
Rent a Letting, which says it has over 90,000 UK properties listed, has been unveiled by Nodex, a firm which develops websites for estate agents and recruitment firms.
The new site can be viewed from computers and mobiles, with no need for apps.
A total of £7.35, or 15%, of every agent’s monthly advertising fee will go to charity.
Agents are not tied in, with the site saying: “We believe agents should be free to make their own choice.”

Exactly and why would you pay, its probably your website portal company that are sending them the feed. Leave them there for free.
Just seen that our properties are on this website but I haven’t implemented this, nor am I paying £50pcm ???
