A new independent estate agent is poised to make an impact in Leeds with what they claim will be ‘a refreshing approach’ to the industry.

The Agency, located at The Gateway North on Marsh Lane, LS9, is headed up by two experienced estate agents in Yorkshire, Nigel Lenton and Jacqui Pringle.

Lenton brings with him over 40 years of experience. He spent 25 years working at Linley & Simpson in the sales division, before leaving the agency in October last year.

Pringle, the firm’s general manager, has 17 years of working in sales and letting. She also worked at Linley & Simpson, where she oversaw a portfolio of more than 1,500 rental properties.

Lenton said: “Central Leeds has really come on in leaps and bounds over the past few decades, and I’m still as excited about this city as I was back in 1997 when I began my first project here.

“Despite a few troubled years in the wake of world events, the grit and tenacity of the people of Yorkshire have ensured Leeds is a city that always bounces back and it’s one of the biggest thing’s I love about the city.’’
