Chosen Home, which launched in September 2020 as a remote working business, has set-up new headquarters in the west Midlands.

The company, which currently operates in the Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham and Stourbridge areas, has established a new base at The Courtyard in Coleshill Manor.

“Coleshill Manor was the perfect spot – set at the heart of the motorway network, well-appointed for reaching Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and beyond,” said the firm’s director Nicki Ash.

The team at Chosen, set-up by a small group of experienced estate agents, having worked for companies such as Knight Frank, Green & Co, Shipways, Hunters, Lex Allen and Connells, have come a long way in a short period of the time.

The estate agency has already won several awards, including the Disruptor Of The Year Award at the West Midlands Business Masters, in November last year.

Commenting in the company’s decision to establish a base in Coleshill Manor, Ash said: “With high numbers of instructions and viewings, 2022 is so far showing that the appetite for buying and selling is stronger than ever, and with the peak months for buying and selling just around the corner, we anticipate it becoming even more so.

“With our business spread throughout the region, we wanted to move away from the remote working model we’ve had since we launched and site the Chosen Home team together centrally.

“Coleshill Manor was the perfect spot – set at the heart of the motorway network, well-appointed for reaching Birmingham, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and beyond.”

The company has also added to its team, with the appointment of Victoria Maynard as a sales administrator and Mason Gain as a social media consultant.

Ash added: “Victoria will help ensure we maintain those service levels and provide regular, transparent communication with our clients throughout the buying and selling process.

“Property sales are in no way limited to face-to-face agency viewings, and with so many people scrolling through social media looking for inspiration, we thought that in addition to creating content around the diverse range of homes we have on offer, a strong social media presence would also provide people with another outlet to engage with us on.”
