Dexters has acquired Fraser & Co, adding four London offices and an office in Hong Kong to its network.
Fraser & Co operates in the West End, City & Shoreditch, Kew Bridge & Brentford, and Colindale, with its property management operation based in Paddington. The business also has a presence in Hong Kong and works across residential sales, lettings, property management and new homes.
More than 30 Fraser & Co employees will join Dexters, which now operates from more than 180 offices across London and employs around 2,400 staff.
Founded in 1995, Fraser & Co has established a presence in the prime London property market and works with a number of housebuilders on new-build developments.
The acquisition expands Dexters’ coverage in several London markets and strengthens its links with overseas buyers through Fraser & Co’s Hong Kong operation.

Dexters now operates more than 180 offices across London, managing over 50,000 landlords.
