
The Property Franchise Group (TPFG) has moved its registered office from Bournemouth to Grantham following a rise in first-half revenue and profits.
The listed property franchising group confirmed that the change took effect yesterday, 9 September.
Its registered office has moved from St Stephen’s Road in Bournemouth to The Old Court House, 60a London Road, Grantham.
The move came on the same day that TPFG announced its latest financial results.
Group revenue increased 7% to £43.3m during the first half of 2026, compared with £40.3m a year earlier. On a like-for-like basis, revenue rose 4%.
Franchising revenue climbed 8% to £24m, while financial services revenue increased 10% to £13m.
Licensing revenue remained unchanged at £6.3m.
Adjusted pre-tax profit rose 7% to £15.5m, while adjusted EBITDA increased 3% to £16.2m.
The group also reduced net debt from £10.9m to £8.1m.
Cash generated from operations edged up to £13.4m from £13.2m. Recurring revenue accounted for 46% of group income, down slightly from 47%.
TPFG increased its interim dividend by 10% to 7.7p per share.
The group owns a number of estate and letting agency brands, including Belvoir and Martin & Co.
Chief executive Gareth Samples said: “The additions of SAFS and Meridian, together with the rollout of our first AI-enabled products, further strengthen our platform.
“Whilst the external environment remains uncertain, our diversified income streams and growing recurring revenue base give us confidence in delivering our plans for the full year.”
