Major estate agency group adds two more firms in rapid expansion drive

Richard Davies

Campions Group has completed two further acquisitions, taking its total number of deals to five in just over a month as it continues to expand across the London property market.

The latest acquisitions are Drewery in Sidcup and CKB Estate Agents, which operates branches in Sydenham and Eltham.

The purchases follow Campions’ recent acquisition of Battersea & Nine Elms Estates and increase the group’s presence across South London, while extending its reach towards the Kent border.

Drewery has operated in Sidcup for more than 80 years, providing sales and lettings services in the local area. CKB Estate Agents is an established sales and lettings business with offices in Sydenham and Eltham.

Both businesses will continue to trade under their existing brands.

The acquisitions form part of Campions’ ongoing expansion strategy, which has seen the group target established independent agencies across London and the South East.

Richard Davies, director of UK operations at Campions, said: “Our newly acquired agencies share the qualities we value most: strong local roots, trusted reputations and a genuine commitment to service. Their hardworking teams bring deep community insight, and we’re delighted to welcome them into the wider group.

“Following our recent acquisition of Battersea & Nine Elms Estates, the additions of Drewery and CKB Estates represent another important step in our growth strategy. Together, these businesses strengthen our presence across South London, extend our reach towards Kent and create significant opportunities for future growth.

“Becoming part of the Campions Group provides incoming agencies with the scale and support to continue thriving in the markets they know best, while strengthening our ambition to build a high-quality, community-driven property group across London and the South East.”
