Linley & Simpson has continued its expansion in Yorkshire by completing another acquisition.

The agent, which has a network of ten offices and which recently expanded into sales, has taken over the rental portfolio of Leeds Lets for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition is the first since Linley & Simpson secured a £1.8m funding package via Santander’s Breakthrough Programme.

Founding director Will Linley said: “This year, our 18th, will be marked by a planned programme of growth.

“We remain on the lookout for more acquisitions.”

Linley & Simpson plans to use the new funding to double the size of its business over the next three years.
