Lettings business makes yet another acquisition – and on look-out for more

A lettings business has acquired a competitor with its 16th acquisition.

Lenwell Property Services, which has six branches in the Beds, Bucks and Northants region, has bought Zest Residential in Milton Keynes from Trisha Arathoon.

Rob Wellstead, managing director of Lenwell which he founded in 1990 at the age of 19, said: “We are delighted to complete this acquisition.

“Trisha has built a great business and our team in Milton Keynes is looking forward to welcoming landlords and tenants of Zest.”

“We have a clear strategy to continue to expand through organic growth and acquisition.

Zest is our 16th acquisition and we would ask any business owner in or around the areas in which we operate to make contact if they would like to discuss selling their lettings business.”

I’ve not experienced Lenwell but I take my hat off to any 19 year old who builds a successful business.  Best of luck, Rob.
