A new market centre director at Keller Williams has been announced.

Jane Buchan is to head up KW Evolve in Glasgow, the market centre being relaunched by operating principal Evelyn Foster.

Keller Williams said that momentum is growing within its business, and “we can now finally say ‘it is working’ to the doubters”.

Buchan runs investment business Orion Property Solutions with her partner, former commercial diver Alexander Summers.

Buchan said: “I joined Keller Williams for a few reasons.

“I had looked at the KW model a few times in the past, but while I loved the model, the timing wasn’t right.

“So, when Evelyn approached me about helping her open KW Evolve, I jumped at the chance.

“We had done business in the past, and I have always admired her approach to business and life.

“I have always been inspired by the culture here, especially with what I saw when Ben Taylor was teaching Quantum Leap recently.

“The culture and opportunities here are incredible and I am delighted to be here and to be able to work with the agents and help them achieve their business goals.”

Quantum Leap is a “set of tools” offered at Keller Williams, which has been designed to help agents “define and achieve their own version of success”, a spokesperson told us.

The spokesperson added: “It’s taught by instructors who are passionate about living the QL material and empowering others with tools for success.”

The previous Glasgow Keller Williams business had to close because of the serious illness of the previous principal.
