Taylor Walsh has opened a new office on Silver Street in Lincoln city centre.
The company, which specialises in sales and lettings, has moved from their old office in the Bailgate.
The company has also expanded its team with two new members of staff, taking the total working in the office to six.
Darren Beckett, the firm’s managing director, told The Lincolnite: “Being here on Silver Street, we’ve noticed a huge amount of difference in the number of people coming into the shop – it’s more convenient for people.”
He added: “Apart from the first lockdown, we’ve been fortunate to stay open – the market has been quite resilient, it’s not slowing down.
“The lack of properties coming to market has created an intensity, there’s double or treble the number of buyers for every property.
“If clients want to sell properties, it’s a good time. Most homes are going for the asking price or above.
“A lot of properties are getting sold prior to coming to market. People who have registered interest with us have seen it before it goes on Rightmove. It’s frustrating for people who haven’t registered.”
Taylor Walsh has a second office in Milton Keynes, run by founder Jamie Walsh, who set up six years ago and named the business after his daughter, Taylor.
