Sussex agent Cooper Adams is advertising a well-appointed igloo for sale on Rightmove.
It requires self-build and a price is not disclosed although obviously it has been frozen.
Full instructions are provided, as well as a comprehensive floor plan, demonstrating that four people and sleeping bags will fit, along with kit bags, tools and a stove.
When asked how one values an igloo in the first place, Cooper Adams managing director Shaun Adams said: “We value it with the help of comparables, so at the moment we are doing research in the Arctic Circle.”
Sadly, the listing has somehow melted away from Rightmove but these were our earlier screengrabs.
Meanwhile, Cardiff-based estate agent JeffreyRoss has taken its cue from the snowy weather to give away five sledges to members of the public as part of a Twitter competition.
We asked JeffreyRoss for a photo of director Elliott Hooper-Nash with the sledges.
They replied: “Absolutely sNOw problem”.
