PropTech platform iamproperty has acquired Information Works for an undisclosed sum.    

The deal will see iamproperty add a comprehensive data and prospecting platform into its solutions portfolio. The ecosystem will enable estate agents to manage their whole day, with everything under one roof, one central login and one partner relationship. 

The acquisition also supports iamproperty’s continued mission to modernise the property industry and develop solutions and services for Estate Agents that have speed and security at their heart, helping agents to grow their business and delight their clients.  

Established in 2008, Information Works is a data and prospecting solution, offering a comprehensive Digital Marketing Services platform combining creative mailing concepts and highly targeted consumer data, as well as access to fully editable on-demand print products. With a specific specialism in property and clients including both sales and lettings agencies, the businesses have a number of mutual customers. 

Information Works’ MD, Nigel Ross, will exit the business following a handover period, leaving a well-established leadership and operational team at the helm, as they join iamproperty.
