Guild members given access to free training from former ARLA Propertymark president

Former ARLA Propertymark president Sally Lawson has teamed up with the Guild of Property Professionals to give its members free access to lettings training.

Guild members will be able to access in-depth training videos on its members hub covering topics such as motivating the team to improving market share.

The first video covers opportunities for business owners and the second negotiators and listers.

Members are also being given access to Lawson’s one-day training courses on increasing leads, volume and profitability at discounted rates.

Iain McKenzie, chief executive of The Guild, said: “To work with someone of Sally’s calibre and expertise is amazing.

“As the former president of ARLA she is well versed and very knowledge about all aspects to do with the lettings market.

“We continue to deliver to our members products, techniques and training that further enhance the competitive advantage that the Guild membership already gives them.

“Sally’s wealth of knowledge regarding business practices within a lettings agency is renowned and will be an invaluable tool for business owners who want to grow their operation.”

Lawson added: “We want Guild members and business owners to get as much out of the training as possible.

“The video format is a great platform to learn as it allows business owners the opportunity to go through each topic in their own time and refer back to certain sections if they wish to do so.

“The series is designed to provide lettings agencies with a number of valuable business enhancement tips within a format that they can keep and use when needed.”
