Gascoigne Halman has made donations of £5,000 to East Cheshire Hospice to help support the crucial end of life care that it provides for adults from across the area.

The estate agency demonstrated their commitment to supporting the local community earlier this year by donating £3,000 to the hospice to support families in the Cheshire community and has now added to the total with a further donation of £2,000.

Executive chairman, John Halman, said: “We know that all charities have suffered during the pandemic, so we are delighted to be in a position to be able to support East Cheshire Hospice. The hospice does a wonderful job in providing care, comfort and compassionate support to patients and their loved ones.

“Peter Higham, managing director of Gascoigne Halman, and I were delighted to be able to visit the hospice to hand over the cheque, which was, like always, so gratefully received.”

East Cheshire Hospice provides care for adults with life limiting illnesses and will hugely benefit from the donation from Gascoigne Halman.

Karyn Johnston, chief executive of East Cheshire Hospice, commented: “The continued support from Gascoigne Halman is greatly appreciated and will help us continue to deliver vital support to patients and their families across our community.”
