Martin & Co Worcester franchise owner Nirvair Sander has completed his third business acquisition in 12 months as he continues to expand across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.
Sander acquired Parsons Choice in July 2026, following the purchase of two other lettings businesses in July and September last year.
The latest acquisition was made as part of Sander’s strategy to grow the Martin & Co Worcester operation, with Parsons Choice’s local reputation and existing client base seen as a good fit for the business.
Sander said: “The owner was much respected by his clients, tenants and landlords alike, and we knew we could build on the foundation that he had created.
“Parsons Choice is a strategic fit for Martin & Co, matching our ethos of delivering excellent personal service to landlords and tenants through a family-owned business.”
The deal will expand the services and support available to landlords and tenants and further strengthen the operation’s presence in the Worcestershire market, the business said.
Toby Phillips, managing director of Martin & Co, said: “Nirvair’s growth journey is a fantastic example of the ambition, commitment and entrepreneurial spirit that exists across our franchise network.
“He has built a strong business by combining a clear growth strategy with a focus on service quality and customer relationships. Acquisitions like Parsons Choice demonstrate the opportunities available to experienced operators who are looking to expand while retaining the local expertise and personal approach that clients value.”
Despite completing three acquisitions within a year, Sander indicated that further deals could follow.
He said: “We’re always on the lookout for quality businesses that complement our existing portfolio across Worcestershire and Gloucestershire. We are ambitious in our growth plans and continue to seek opportunities that enhance our portfolio while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.”
Sander credited his team with enabling the recent expansion and said investment in training and support had helped the business maintain service standards during its growth.
Looking ahead, he added: “We’re continuing to look for quality operators to join us on our journey. We’re always happy to have conversations with local agents to explore opportunities where we can work together and complement each other’s businesses.”
