Former residential development colleagues at Knight Frank have launched a new independent estate agency focused on residential development land, new homes, and sales.
Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, the firm is organised into two divisions: New Homes & Residential Sales, led by Chris Priestley, and Land & Development, led by Jonny Wish.
The agency says its structure is intended to provide services across the development process, from identifying and acquiring strategic land, through planning and disposal, to marketing completed schemes and handling part-exchange arrangements for developers.
Priestley Wish opens with an existing client base drawn from the partners’ previous work across the region, and plans to grow its activity over time.
The founders have more than 40 years’ combined experience advising landowners, housebuilders and investors across central England and other parts of the UK. The launch comes as developers and landowners continue to operate in a planning environment that remains complex, alongside changing housing market conditions.
