My Property Box has expanded into the North West after acquiring the residential sales and lettings business of H&H Land & Estates.
The undisclosed deal gives the estate agency group branches in Carlisle, Penrith, Cockermouth and Kendal.
It marks My Property Box’s first move into the North West, extending its existing presence across the North East and North Yorkshire.
The transaction is the group’s 18th acquisition in seven years.
My Property Box secured a multi-million-pound investment from BGF in 2024 to support its acquisition strategy.
H&H team transfers to new owner
H&H Land & Estates will retain its land agency and rural property operations.
Those activities include the sale and management of farms, estates, land and smallholdings. The business also provides valuation, land management and consultancy services.
Meanwhile, H&H’s residential sales and lettings team will transfer to My Property Box.
That includes director of sales and lettings Pauline Carrera-Silva and branch manager Paul Doyle.
My Property Box already operates offices in Darlington, Newcastle and Northallerton.

H&H sharpens rural focus
H&H Group said the disposal forms part of a wider restructuring of its operations.

Burnetts Solicitors advised H&H Group on the transaction, while Weightmans acted for My Property Box.
