Ex-Purplebricks executive gets set to launch new online property business

A new online business launched by ex-Purplebricks lettings director Richard Jacques is getting set to unveil its services next month.

Richard Jacques has founded Investerge as a new concept aimed at the property investor sector.

Announced last month, it will launch at the Property Investor Show.

Its platform will showcase properties both in the UK and overseas, and link investors with introducers such as estate agents, for whom there will be referral earning opportunities.

Jacques, who left Purplebricks in May, said: “Investerge is ready to welcome investors, brokers and agents via our new online platform.

“We have been working flat out to deliver the tech and we are incredibly excited to offer a special preview of the new interactive website at the show.’’

He said that Investerge will provide property introducers and brokers with a platform to find buyers, who would have one central place to search for property investments.

Off-market investment opportunities will be released to those investors most likely to be interested and ready to buy.

Investerge will also offer online conveyancing, finance, surveys and rental solutions.

Estate agents and independent financial advisers can refer clients confidentially and gain a share of commission from every successful buyer purchasing a property using the marketplace.

Agents can also upload properties to the site and, it is claimed, “instantly find interested pre-vetted potential buyers”.

Investerge has already done a deal with Keller Williams.

Well  agents already have a platform  to showcase properties on which they pay handsomely for ie  RM OTMP and Zoopla

Agents who act for overseas investors  grip onto them with clenched teeth and unlikely to share intimate details. Most Agents who sell investment properties have their own database of potential investors

Keller Williams currently have  a UK nationwide portfolio of less than  250 properties   after being here since 2015 .

Proof is in the pudding. Sign up Savills,Allsops  CWD and JLL and maybe  they might have something
