The team at EweMove Beeston & Long Eaton has been hailed as the Franchise of the Year as part of EweMove’s 10th anniversary conference and celebrations.
Father-and-son duo Dave and James Roberts with business partners Will Williamson and Jordan Tewson have recently renewed their franchise agreement as they look to grow their team.
Dave Roberts said: “I had a dream… that I could grow a business with my longstanding friend and business partner Will, that I could hand over to my son James. And we’ve done it!
“With Jordan on board too, we now have a management structure that is leading a growing team of excellent agents covering our two high street shops in Beeston, Long Eaton & Sandiacre. It’s very humbling to win Franchise of the Year among this incredible group of franchisees.”

I have three properties managed by EweMove in London, and David Whiffen does an exceptional job, always going above and beyond the call of duty. I only wish that David had won an award for his excellent service, as he truly deserves one!
David always finds a solution before presenting a problem to me and his diligence and attention to detail, and his tenant management skills, are excellent. I regard him as a partner in my property business and I am grateful to him for his hard and tireless work on my behalf.

I just finished reading this fantastic article on EweMove’s Franchise of the Year announcement, and I must say it’s truly inspiring to see such an innovative and dedicated estate agency achieving remarkable success. The hard work and commitment showcased by the winning franchisee serves as an excellent example for others in the industry. EweMove’s approach to blending technology with exceptional customer service is a testament to their forward-thinking mindset. It was an exceptional day of conferencing, networking, recognition, and socialising (fun). All of EweMove’s success of lat year, and years before, and heading into the future is made that much easier with the support of our excellent suppliers and business partners – so thank you all for this ongoing support.
The Franchise of the Year is always difficult to choose as we have a large number of excellent performers, but I for one and happy and proud that EweMove Beeston & Long Eaton won… they are a perfect example of what makes EweMove in general a success – Great Leadership, Great People and TEAM, and executing Great Business Processes day in and day out whilst remaining agile, innovative, professional and servicing their community with great moving experiences.
This however, not to detract from all of our other award winners and our runner up nominees in every category – you are all winners.
