Landstones has expanded its West London operation with the opening of a new office in Fulham.
The independent estate agency has taken the former Draker Lettings premises at 581 Fulham Road, SW6.
The opening adds to Landstones’ existing presence in West London. The agency previously operated from Earl’s Court Road and more recently opened an office on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill.
Landstones said it already manages a substantial portfolio of rental properties across SW6. The new branch will handle both sales and lettings.
Martyn Green, director at Landstones, said: “We are delighted to have secured the former Draker Lettings premises on Fulham Road. Landstones already manages a substantial portfolio of rental properties across SW6, and the new office will allow its team to provide an even more accessible, local service to our existing clients in Fulham, supporting both sales and lettings.”
The office officially opened in late June. Landstones is running a 0% lettings campaign alongside the launch.
Green added: “Since officially opening the doors in late June, we have received an overwhelmingly positive response from local landlords and vendors. Many new buyers have popped in to discuss their property requirements and landlords have welcomed the 0% lettings campaign that is accompanying our Fulham launch.”
The expansion coincides with the appointment of Mo Kanso, previously of Draker Lettings, as managing director.
He said: “With its high concentration of residential sales and rental properties, Fulham represents a natural next step in the company’s growth.”
