Deverell Smith, the property recruitment specialist, has been awarded a Best Companies three-star accreditation, the highest rating that recognises the level of employee engagement.
The company will go straight on the 2016 Sunday Times list of the “100 Best Small Companies to Work For”.
Based on employee feedback, the firm achieved a score of 767.7 out of 1,000, putting it in the highest bracket.
Among the many ‘perks’ routinely on offer to staff are days off on birthdays, while management get equity options. There are also lots of competitions, parties, discounts at hotels, shops and cinemas, plus training and career progression.
CEO Andrew Deverell-Smith said: “Being awarded three stars on our first application for what is widely acknowledged as the most extensive research into employee engagement is a very proud moment for us.
“Ultimately, our aim is for our people to genuinely want to come to work every day. We will continue to invest in our amazing teams to ensure they want to stay and build a lasting and rewarding career with us.”
Deverell Smith is currently undergoing a large-scale recruitment drive to meet demand in the property employment sector.
