Frost’s has expanded its network with the opening of a new branch in Dunstable, extending the estate and letting agency’s coverage into Bedfordshire.

The new office is the company’s fifth branch and follows its established presence in Harpenden and surrounding villages, including Caddington, Markyate and Studham.

The expansion was led by managing director Daniel Kirk, who worked with local letting agent Stuart McMillan to establish the new operation. McMillan has been appointed branch partner and is joined by sales manager Julia Wheatley.

The pair bring more than 50 years’ combined experience of the Dunstable property market.

The branch is also supported by Daniel Kirk, group lettings director Richard Trafford and lettings director Elizabeth Brookes.

The Dunstable office will cover Dunstable, Eaton Bray, Eddlesborough, Whipsnade, Kensworth, Studham, Houghton Regis and the surrounding areas.

Kirk commented: “We are excited to have established the Frost’s brand in Dunstable with some very familiar and trusted faces leading the way. Our expansion into Dunstable is about combining outstanding local knowledge with the strength of an established, market-leading brand. Since opening, we have been thrilled to welcome so many local people in Dunstable to Frost’s and support them to move.
“Our existing customers will have seen that we remain dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients across our branches. Our people care, our heritage matters, our service drives results and in our opening weeks our Dunstable customers have experienced the fantastic customer service that Frost’s is known for.”
