Bradley Hall has entered Scotland for the first time with the opening of a new office in Edinburgh. The move takes its UK network to 13 locations.
The property consultancy will initially offer RICS valuations and commercial agency services from the new base. It will cover Edinburgh and Central Scotland.
The opening marks the latest stage of Bradley Hall’s national expansion. Its network already stretches across northern England, the Midlands, Oxfordshire and Bristol.
Duncan Fraser will lead the Edinburgh operation as director and head of office. Senior surveyor Giles Harker will work alongside him.
Fraser is a chartered surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer. He has more than 15 years’ experience in the Scottish property market.
His background includes commercial valuations for private clients, pension providers and lenders. He has also worked in commercial agency, rating, rent reviews and lease negotiations.
Harker previously worked at London commercial property consultancy Frost Meadowcroft. His experience covers office, industrial and investment property.
Richard Rafique, group managing director at Bradley Hall, said: “The launch of our Edinburgh office is a hugely exciting milestone for Bradley Hall and represents our first step into the Scottish market.
“Our ambition is to grow the office and develop a broader offering over time, establishing a long-term presence in Scotland and building relationships with clients with a range of commercial property requirements.”
Fraser said the initial focus would be on valuation and commercial property work across Edinburgh and Central Scotland.
He added: “Bradley Hall’s growth across the UK has created a strong platform for us to build from, while the independent nature of the business allows us to focus on delivering a genuinely client-led service.”
Bradley Hall now operates from 13 UK offices, with Edinburgh becoming its first base north of the border.
