Entrepreneurial Jupix is bought by Property Software Group

Property agency software company Jupix has been acquired by the Property Software Group for an undisclosed sum.

Jupix, based in Brackley, Northamptonshire, announced making two key hires from the Property Software Group – formerly owned by the Guardian – in only April this year.

Both Gaynor Ollier and Andy Gray will find themselves back, albeit at a remove,  with their previous employer along with several other members of Jupix staff recently recruited from their former rival.

Jupix, founded by managing director Oliver Gleave in 2005 and specialising in cloud-based software,  almost doubled in size last year, to a team of 42 people.

Now said to have some 670 estate agency customers, Gleave and co-founder Tom Leach will stay with the business, which will be operated as a separate trading division of the Property Software Group.

The Property Software Group’s portfolio includes Vebra, Core and CFP.

I am saddened by this news; for both staff and customers of a genuinely inspiring and innovative firm I genuinely hope that Tom and Oliver are allowed to do what they do so well.
I take great pride in the small part I played at Jupix so although sad at the news I congratulate Jupix for all they have achieved and the respect they have earned in a relatively short time.
