easyProperty hikes its prices to sellers by £100

easyProperty has hiked its prices.

It is now charging an upfront fixed fee of £695, up from £595; or £295 paid upfront plus £695 on completion.

Managing director Russell Humphrey said: “We have acted on feedback received from our national advisory council of licensees and made a small change to the consumer pricing.

“We regularly review our pricing with the intention of playing to the strengths of the easy brand around value and keeping it simple as we evolve the online model.”

The price changes were originally due to have been implemented last month but came in at the beginning of this.

Yesterday, there were 4,405 property listings on easyProperty’s website.

The easy outlet near us has just given up and reverted back to being an ordinary estate agent,  only ever saw 1 of his easy boards on the streets !

It’s was a poor offering right from the start. Anyone who has been in the business for any decent period of time will know that if you’re charging less then £1k a property you will not make it pay!
