Entries have opened for the 2026 EA Masters People Awards, which will return for a fourth year to recognise individual achievement across the estate agency sector.
The awards are designed to recognise agents and property professionals who have demonstrated outstanding performance in their roles.
Winners will be announced at the EA Masters event on 3 November at Evolution London.

“These awards give agency leaders the chance to celebrate the colleagues who drive success every day, inspire those around them, and embody the very best of our profession. We’re looking forward to welcoming everyone to EA Masters in November and recognising the outstanding talent that continues to raise the bar across the industry.”
This year’s awards are open in five categories:
Best Negotiator – Sales
Best Negotiator – Lettings
Best Manager – Sales
Best Manager – Lettings
Best Property Manager
Individuals can either nominate themselves or be nominated by a colleague using the online entry form.
Entries close on 1 September, with shortlisted candidates required to take part in a telephone interview with the judging panel on 9 September.
