Congratulations to agent receiving top award from university

Estate agent Stephen Ludlow has received a top award from his old university.

Ludlow, who is executive chairman of LudlowThompson, received the 2016 Chancellor’s Prize for Outstanding Alumni Contribution at a ceremony at the University of Roehampton.

Ludlow took a degree in businesss studies at Roehampton and sits on its council. He is also vice-chair of the university’s finance and estates committee.

His other qualifications include a Masters in land management from the University of Reading, and an MBA from Imperial College, London.

Ludlow is also chairman of a charitable trust which supports the relief of poverty and urban youth projects, while his firm has supported Centrepoint since 2004, donating over £120,000 to the charity for the homeless.

Ludlow met his future business partner, David Thompson, while working at estate agents in Putney.

The pair later brought out the business and turned it into what is today one of London’s leading estate agents, LudlowThompson.
