Hamptons director Andrew Farmer joins Moveli

Moveli has appointed former Hamptons director Andrew Farmer as the brokerage continues to expand its network across the South East.
Farmer joins the business after more than 25 years in estate agency, including almost two decades as a director at Hamptons. He specialises in the Kent property market and becomes the latest experienced agent to join the brokerage model.
Moveli said the appointment reflects the continued movement of senior estate agents away from the traditional high street model towards self-employed brokerages that combine independent working with access to national branding, technology and operational support.
Moveli co-founder, Ben Littlewood, said: “Andrew is exactly the type of agent we’re attracting to Moveli – established professionals who want the freedom of running their own business without giving up the strength of a respected national brand, innovative technology and operational support. It’s a shift we’re seeing right across the industry, and one that continues to gather momentum.”
Nicola Edwards joins Sourced Living

Sourced Living has appointed Nicola Edwards as business development manager as the franchise network continues to expand.
The appointment follows continued growth for the business, which says 16 new franchisees have joined the network so far this year.
Edwards will support franchisees in developing their businesses, ensuring they follow the company’s operating systems and compliance requirements. She will also work with franchisees looking to grow through acquisitions under Sourced Living’s Assisted Acquisition Programme, which supports the purchase of established lettings agencies and property portfolios.
Her role will include providing guidance throughout the acquisition process, from identifying opportunities through to completion.
Edwards said: “Sourced Living stands apart from other property franchises because as well as managing traditional buy-to-let properties it offers its versatile flexi-let portfolio strategy for landlords, which includes management of HMOs, serviced accommodation and holiday lets.
“I am really looking forward to working with franchisees and it was great to be on the induction course with the latest cohort. I’m particularly excited about the brilliant fully funded acquisition opportunities that Sourced Living can provide, and I’m keen to give franchisees the confidence and support they need to take advantage of all opportunities on offer.
“I’ve worked as a BDM in several corporate positions, and I’ve also been self-employed, so I know the importance of having the right support and not feeling you are working alone. Interestingly, I ran my own successful yoga and breathwork business for several years, and I will also be encouraging entrepreneurs to retain their focus on health and wellbeing to achieve the work-life balance that is needed to enjoy their franchise journey.”
Source Living’s founder and CEO, Stephen Moss, added: “Nicola has extensive experience as a BDM, as well as an in-depth knowledge of franchising and a real passion for the property market. Her knowledge and skills will be invaluable in helping our franchisees to build successful businesses.”
Principle expands into Manchester with senior appointment

Property management firm Principle has opened a new office in Manchester and made a series of senior appointments, including Matt Kirk, who has joined as property director for the North West.
Kirk brings around 20 years’ experience in residential property management and previously led the expansion of Rendall & Rittner’s Northern operation.
He will oversee the growth of Principle’s Manchester team and portfolio, with the company aiming to manage more than 5,000 homes across the region by 2028.
Kirk said: “We are already gaining traction in the region, with a new instruction on Urban Splash’s Albert Mill conversion in the heart of Manchester.
“We are really pleased with this early show of faith and look forward to working with the residents to positively impact their homes and their community and, in doing so, grow our reputation locally.”
