Former head of JLL Kensington joins Moveli

Ken Dowling has joined self-employed brokerage model Moveli.
Dowling has more than 15 years experience in the industry, having previously headed up the Kensington office for JLL, and having also worked at other well-known agencies, including Savills and Henry & James.
Moveli reports that it has grown over 50% so far in 2025.
The estate agency’s co-founder, Ben Littlewood, said: Ken is a great addition to Moveli, and further strengthens the network in the South West. We see ourselves as the leading upper market brokerage in the UK, and expect continued expansion of the network throughout the rest of 2025.”
Strettons promotes Aasia Pathan to director
Strettons has promoted Aasia Pathan to director in its land and industrial agency team.
The company says Pathan has been instrumental to Strettons’ continued growth and success over recent years, maximising value for clients and advising on deals in East London.
Pathan who joined Strettons in 2012, operating in the city and city fringe, North London, East London and Essex.
She commented: “The industrial and development land market in east and north London continues to evolve at pace, and with my combined commercial property and residential land experience I am committed to helping our clients navigate that change to unlock value. Knights strengthens real estate team with new partner

Knights has strengthened its Real Estate team in Manchester with the appointment of experienced lawyer, Phillip Birchall.
Birchall brings two decades’ experience to Knights, including eight and a half years as a partner at Eversheds and Pinsent Masons across all kinds of property transactions.
He specialises in development work, advising private sector developers, public bodies, funders, contractors and investors on complex, multi-phase development and regeneration schemes.
Birchall joins Knights’ team of more than 60 professionals in Manchester as partner, working as part of an unmatched nationwide team across 28 UK locations.
