Former head of new homes team for Strutt & Parker joins Savills

Savills has appointed a new associate director to lead its sale of new homes across Buckinghamshire and South Hertfordshire.

Andy Toogood has worked in the property sector for more than 10 years and previously headed up the new homes team for Strutt and Parker in Gerrard’s Cross.

Working across Savills offices in Amersham, Beaconsfield, Rickmansworth, Northwood and Harpenden, he will now be heading up and recruiting a team responsible for residential development sales in Buckinghamshire and South Hertfordshire.

“Savills is a company that I’ve paid close attention to over the years and always admired – and one that has a very strong market share in selling new homes developments,” he said.

“The company has a phenomenal global reach and such a wide variety of business lines. I’m eager to get started and I’m looking forward to helping the business expand its reach in what is an exciting and fast growing area,” Toogood added.

 

Gavin Kennedy joins Harding Green

Gavin Kennedy has joined Harding Green in Shoreditch and will be operating across sales and lettings in the east London district.

He has 10 years’ experience working across east central London with Savills, having sold a wide range of residential properties.

Harding Green is urgently expanding into new locations with experienced agents. The company’s commission structures range from 60% to 80%.

The company provides agents with AML compliance, administration, phone answering, marketing, content, social and support from its central London office.

 

Kelly Stillman joins iamproperty as new head of operations 

iamproperty has appointed Kelly Stillman as head of operations – a brand-new role in the business.

Stillman joins the North East headquartered firm; taking advantage of the company’s new hybrid-working model.

Taking responsibility for the post-sales completion teams, she will be expected to support the business objectives, and the wider operational team to ensure standards are being met.

Stillman commented: “It’s a great opportunity to be joining an industry-leading business at such an exciting time for the property sector and iamproperty. I’m looking forward to getting involved with all aspects of the business.”
