Curchods enhance their technology stack

Until now, Curchods, the twenty-one branch Surrey agency, have been including  a still image from their virtual tours within their marketing emails.

The firm has now partnered with Playable, the video marketing technology company, and is able to embed a 10 second autoplay video clip from the virtual tour within their emails, the video playing as soon as the recipient opens the email.

Graeme Wadhams, Marketing Director at Curchods said:

“Prospective buyers have shown a strong preference for video content which now plays a prominent role on our website.

“Email marketing is now more important to us than ever, so we sought out a video email solution which combined the two, with the aim of converting more leads and making us stand out from our competitors .

“Playable makes it really simple to re-configure our video assets for email and then send in the normal way via our CRM system.

“We’ve seen a significant increase in engagement and click through rates, helping us to leverage our investment in video throughout email marketing which is a key channel for acquiring property viewings and attracting new clients to sell their property with us.”

Bob Hitching, Playble’s CEO, commenting on the partnership, said , “Curchods are an Agency that clearly sees the value of innovation, and we are excited to be part of their technology stack.”
