Charles Medina joins Strutt & Parker from Savills

Strutt & Parker has appointed Charles Medina as director working within its network of prime central London agents, with a focus on Mayfair and Marylebone.

Medina joins Strutt & Parker following nine years at Savills where he began his career in their Windsor office. From 2017, he  operated out of the firm’s Mayfair & St. James’s office, heading up the office’s core team in the sale of residential assets across Mayfair and St. James’s, Soho, Covent Garden, and the Hyde Park Estate in Bayswater.

Medina said: “The super-prime markets of Mayfair and the surrounding are notoriously resilient and will be incredibly important in the year ahead as investors seek stability amidst global economic uncertainty.

“I look forward to working in conjunction with the Private Client department and Strutt & Parker’s network of agents to service their clients in their property needs within these prime markets, many of whom have had a heightened interest in these postcodes in the past few months.”

Louis Harding, head of London Residential at Strutt & Parker, commented: “Charles’ knowledge of these markets will be incredibly valuable for our clients, and puts him in a great position to extend our network of experts working across prime central London.

“These premium postcodes are key to our business, especially in the work undertaken by BNP Paribas Real Estate’s Private Client department, with whom Charles will most certainly be working closely with in addition to our existing offices in PCL. He brings with him a wealth of expertise and contacts in this part of London and an appetite for the breadth and flexibility that his new role offers.”
