CJ Hole acquires Allan Morris

CJ Hole in Worcester has added to its growing portfolio with the acquisition of Allan Morris Lettings Droitwich Ltd.

Business owners Peter and Rani Grieve are expanding their operation into new areas, which The Property Franchise Group claims demonstrates “the ongoing success of the Group’s strategy for continued growth”.

This is CJ Hole Worcester’s fifth acquisition, taking their total portfolio to almost 1,000 fully managed properties.

Peter Grieve commented: “Rani and I are delighted to announce that we have now completed the acquisition of Allan Morris Lettings Droitwich Ltd along with a portfolio of over 150 managed properties spread throughout Droitwich, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stourport, Bewdley, Kidderminster & Barnt Green.

“We are delighted with this strategic acquisition which takes us into new areas, presenting excellent opportunities for future organic growth and further acquisition.”

The Property Franchise Group PLC, a holding company of four trading subsidiaries with a stable of six national and regional estate and letting agency brands, including Martin & Co, EweMove, Whitegates, Ellis & Co, CJ Hole and Parkers, now operates more than 375 branches across the UK.

Head of franchising Penny Sanders said: “If you are thinking of selling your business, please get in touch with us in confidence. We have a growing list of franchisees keen to follow Peter’s example.”
