Chancellors has opened its newest branch in Basingstoke.
The new office, located on Winchester Street in the town centre, offers a range of services including sales, lettings, property management, land and new homes.
Chancellors Basingstoke, which became the 57th office to join the company’s expanding network, launched with a 0% commission offer to the first 150 homeowners who instruct the company to sell their property.
Chancellors Basingstoke now covers the surrounding areas of Andwell, Bagmore, Broadmere, Chineham, Cliddesden, Hook, Oakley, Old Basing, Sherborne, Sherfield, Upper Wootton, and Wootton St Lawrence.
Robert Scott-Lee, managing director of the Chancellors group, commented: “We have a fantastic team in place, all of whom are very knowledgeable about the Basingstoke property market and we’re looking forward to seeing the branch grow.”
“This is a real opportunity to engage with the communities throughout the areas that we cover in Hampshire and Berkshire to the north,” he added.
