Catfest! Join in the fun and support an incredible cause

Julian O’Dell has announced the date for another Catfest – an event aimed at raising a five-figure sum for the cancer charity Macmillan.

O’Dell and his wife Cat, who has the illness, will be holding the festival on August 28 in their garden, with several acts already booked.

Food and drink will be included, and entry is by way of donations of at least £50 per adult (children under five go free, 5-10 year-olds £10, and 11-17 year-olds £25).

The industry has rallied to the cause to help keep costs down, with sponsors including Rightmove, EYE, Fine & Country and Reapit.

Anyone interested in going should book as soon as possible as numbers are limited.

The venue is Rook Tree Farm, Hulcote, Milton Keynes MK17 8BW.

Julian said: “Our first Catfest (so called because my wife’s name is Cat) last year went so well that we felt we just had to do it all again, but bigger and better. We are aiming to raise a five-figure sum for Macmillan and right now that is looking very likely to be achieved”

“A good number of friends and clients within the estate agency industry are coming along – it is so heartening to get such great support.”
