Expanding property firm promotes 63 people from within its ranks

Property consultancy and agency Carter Jonas has promoted 63 employees across the firm, creating two new partners and 23 associate partners.

The new partners are Lucinda Sanders and Richard Harris, both in the commercial division.

The majority of associate partner promotions were in the residential division, with ten new names: David Ornsby, James Gubbins, Sharon Hunter Marielle Papadopoullos,Keri Mahmoud, Natalie Gold, Charles Fraser-Sampson, Anne Haggas, Marika Brundell and Andrew Maddock.

New associates are Robert Chapman, Jemima Wood and Sam Richardson.

In other residential appointments, David Evans has been made head of client services.

Mark Granger, chief executive of Carter Jonas, said: “Over the past 12 months we have continued our expansion, opening a new office in Birmingham, growing existing teams, adding new business lines and extending our geographical reach across the country.

“Our revenue has increased by 58% in four years and our ability to do this is dependent on the talent, knowledge and experience of all of our people. I extend my thanks and congratulations to all of those who have been promoted.
