Spotted … the very first OnTheMarket branded vehicle.
It is the work of Yorkshire agent Noel Wood, who is director of Peter David Properties which covers Halifax, Calderdale and Brighouse.
The firm also displays the OnTheMarket logo on its website.

Kudos to pd.co.uk for sticking their heads above the parapet and actually flagging up what is coming… BUT… their website states "FREE comprehensive internet exposure including Rightmove and from January 2015 OnTheMarket" Since WHEN was it allowable to state that inclusion on TWO property portals and company own website ticks the "comprehensive internet exposure" box…?
Oh come on PeeBee, this was going so well! The article is about their support of OnTheMarket – and a fine example it is to us all. Can't we just leave it at that? Please? 🙂
MF – sorry but no. EYE are, regardless of what you think or wish, NOT here to be AM's propaganda machine. The site is dedicated to INDUSTRY news, and allows open comment from those with opinions or views. If the AM Collective simply want a site where you can stroke each other fondly and crow about what a wonderful thing you are embarking on – then let AM host it for you as it will be THEM, not YOU, that benefits from it. In the spirit of things, however, I will state for the record that I DO applaud this company for going that extra mile for the AM cause. But… at the end of the day… you have to admit that you all have several big reasons for it to 'succeed' – and so far it is only YOU, the Members, that are doing ANYTHING to hopefully make that happen.
I am adding the OTM logo to EstateAgent.me tomorrow for agents to add to their directory listing.
I think as it is now it kind of acts like a 'teaser'. Raises the curiosity in people. Just imaging lots of agents doing this sort of thing all around the country. That's valuable high profile advertising we can provide OnTheMarket before it even launches. And since many of us no doubt plan to do just this when it launches, why not now??
Just a little nitpicking… why not put the OTM logo in the header (on peterdavid.co.uk) rather than at the very bottom of the page, where few will ever see it?
Just a thought…..If I was following this car I would be confused as to what product exactly is on the market…..maybe it should, at least say something like "the new to seach property" or at least mention that it is a[property related website.
