Connells Group has expanded its presence in Sheffield following the integration of independent estate agency Bloor & Co into its Blundells Woodseats branch.

Bloor & Co has operated in the local market for more than 26 years and its customers will now be served through Blundells’ Woodseats office.

The move brings Bloor & Co’s sales and lettings business into the Blundells network, providing access to the larger agency’s marketing, buyer database and property management infrastructure.

The acquisition forms part of Connells Group’s ongoing expansion strategy and further strengthens Blundells’ position in the Sheffield market.
