Best international agent is named as UK firm with five branches

A UK agent with five offices has won prestigious awards at a ceremony in London.

Charters, based in Hampshire and Surrey, won the category of ‘UK Best Estate Agency 5-20 offices’ at the International Property Awards staged at the Savoy.

It then went on to win ‘Best International Estate Agency’.

Managing director Rob Mott said the awards were testament to his firm’s team spirit.

He said: “It’s a truly fantastic achievement and a testament to the strong team across the five, soon to be six, Charters offices.”

Ahh so they were one of the companies who bought tickets to the event and took out advertising! Best International agency..covering Farnham, Chandlers Ford, Alton, Winchester….

Just to clarify, we didn’t buy tickets for the event. We also did not spend money on advertising with them. In fact we weren’t attending at all due to other commitments, as is the case in a busy December. We were asked specifically to attend the Monday awards ceremonies on the Friday beforehand and it took a lot of convincing. And to clarify the comment about ‘international’…Charters had to win the UK award first, then all the winners from the different continents were placed in the International section. Which we also won fairly. Please feel free to contact me directly if this doesn’t satisfy your comments.
