A wave of agents specialising in gazumping – apparently

EYE’s managing director Nick Salmon has been on his travels again – this time to the delightful town of Southwold, in Suffolk.

It was, as you can see, a bit drafty.

As Nick can never go anywhere without photographing an estate agent’s office, he was pleased to discover Flick & Son in the centre of the town – surely a contender for our most beautiful office competition (although see story below).

Then he found the Bathyscape on Southwold pier, in the amusement arcade.

Crikey – underwater estate agents!
