A month on from the market reopening, may we have your views please – EYE survey

When the housing market reopened in mid-May, we ran a short survey to find out how agents were dealing with getting back to work and how they felt about leaving lockdown to return to their offices.

Nearly a month has gone by so we thought we would ask you about progress in getting back to some sort of ‘normal’ and what you think your work and the state of the market.

The survey closes at 4pm on Sunday and we will publish the results next week.

 

Is your agency branch open to the public?
In the context of Covid-19, if you are now working in the office, do you feel safe?
Given the choice, in future would you prefer to work in the office, from home, or a combination of both?
How concerned are you about your job security in the next 12 months?
The sales market is currently buoyant after the reopening of the housing market. How long do you expect this buoyancy to last?
The lettings market is also currently buoyant after the reopening of the housing market. How long do you expect this buoyancy to last?
