CJ Hole in Worcester has added to its growing portfolio with the acquisition of Allan Morris Lettings Droitwich Ltd.
Business owners Peter and Rani Grieve are expanding their operation into new areas, which The Property Franchise Group claims demonstrates “the ongoing success of the Group’s strategy for continued growth”.
This is CJ Hole Worcester’s fifth acquisition, taking their total portfolio to almost 1,000 fully managed properties.
Peter Grieve commented: “Rani and I are delighted to announce that we have now completed the acquisition of Allan Morris Lettings Droitwich Ltd along with a portfolio of over 150 managed properties spread throughout Droitwich, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Stourport, Bewdley, Kidderminster & Barnt Green.
“We are delighted with this strategic acquisition which takes us into new areas, presenting excellent opportunities for future organic growth and further acquisition.”
