A new product has launched allowing agents to share their property listings with chosen partners.
It is the brainchild of former estate agent Corin Ashbee-Waugh, now of data feed business XML2U.com
He said of the new ChoiceMLS product: “In the course of their normal activities, estate agents regularly refer clients to associated businesses such as mortgage brokers, conveyancers, surveyors and others.
“Now these can reciprocate by publishing referers’ properties on their own websites, quickly and simply.
“The vast majority of visitors to these websites are in the business of moving house, and represent a perfect target audience for those with property for sale or rent.
“Just by adding a single line of code, agents’ and brokers’ properties can automatically appear on all these websites.”
He added: “Not only will this reciprocation reinforce business relationships, it will add value for the website visitors if they can research the property market without leaving these sites.
“It could also easily reduce agents’ dependency on property portals.”
He said the product could also be used to display agents’ properties on websites operated by local neighbourhood groups and, if wanted, on other agents’ websites both home and overseas.

Hi J1, Sorry if it’s not clear. ChoiceMLS is a tech-free means of publishing property listings on other websites, to gather more leads and enquiries. Relevant websites could be other agents (a modern version of old-style co-operation) or mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors, in fact anywhere where visitors might be potential house-movers. Your CRM can upload to the major portals but not to other sites. ChoiceMLS overcomes this and puts your listings in front of more buyers (and sellers) at a very relevant time.
