Users of the Yomdel live chat service will now be able to access a mystery shopping service business.
Yomdel, which runs a 24/7 fully managed live chat service for estate agents, has acquired market research agency 360 Perspectives for an undisclosed sum.
The firm provides competitor analysis, as well as consumer behaviour studies and mystery phone calls.
Andy Soloman, chief executive of Yomdel, said: “This is a really exciting time for our business. Since launching in 2014 we have worked hard to broaden our product portfolio from intelligent 24/7 live chat to include a suite of other complementary products and services.
“We recognise that rather than working with multiple suppliers, our clients seek an expert that can offer an integrated solution to help them drive business growth. That’s what made 360 Perspectives, with its expertise in customer experiences, the ideal acquisition.”
360 Perspectives’ founder Nick Meinertzhagen will continue to lead the acquired firm as well as taking on a broader role for Yomdel as head of customer experience.
Yomdel provides 24/7 live chat services for more than 2,000 estate agents and also supplies live chat for The Property Ombudsman.
Two really smart businesses coming together – and “integrated solutions” are absolutely what’s required in this market. Good luck to them, genuinely nice guys all round too …!

But what if the writer has a point. You all have tired lawyers on a regular basis, but you seem to be totally reluctant to point out that any agents may be providing bad service. However, the public often has a very bad view of customers. Must be for some reason? I know who will be the first to knock me here for these comments. However, this is worth your consideration of the service you offer. Some, who have done a lot of customer service, are likely to get very good nutrition in a Mystery Shopping practice rafiqsonsonline(.)com/product-category/casio/edifice/. Those, who often think they do not make a mistake, may lose a lot of business. I have a friend who goes around the country training teams for agency staff on how to do it better. That is the company’s desire to invest in its future and those that will probably grow and prosper. This applies to any industry in any country. Anyways, thanks for sharing the nice stuff with us.
