And the winners are… Prime agents recognised

The leading names in London’s prime property market were recognised last night as the winners of the 2026 LonRes Awards were announced at the organisation’s annual summer party in Belgrave Square.

The awards celebrate the estate agency branches, buying agents and, for the first time, mortgage brokers who recorded the strongest sales and lettings performance on the LonRes platform between June 2025 and May 2026.

New broker categories were introduced this year, recognising the highest number of completed deals by volume and value, as well as the single highest-value transaction recorded over the 12-month period.

The awards, presented in association with The London Magazine, were announced by LonRes chief executive Anthony Payne and chairman William Carrington in front of hundreds of property professionals.

Payne said: “It’s been another tough year for agents – with both domestic and global uncertainty.  But in spite of this, the 2026 LonRes Awards underscore the fact that deals, and outstanding deals at that, are still being done.
“Every one of these is an exceptional deal, brokered by exceptional sales, lettings, buying agents and brokers.  And we extend our warmest congratulations to all of them.”
