Fine & Country expands London offering

Fine & Country has welcomed another London agency into the fold. Property entrepreneur, Justin John is now operating under the Fine & Country Winchmore Hill license.

Fine & Country Winchmore Hill started operating on Saturday, 1st April, and employs six members of staff, inclusive of sales, lettings and property management.

John said: “I would say that this part of Enfield is an aspirational area to live; however, the market has proved tough of late due to cooling conditions. According to Rightmove data, properties in Winchmore Hill had an overall average price of just under £740,000 in 2022, while flats have been selling for an average of £370,000. While the market is a little more challenging than previous years, overall house prices in the area are still up 10% on 2021, positive news for prospective sellers.”

John, who owns and manages four agencies in London and Hertfordshire, added: “I have always regarded Winchmore Hill as a fantastic opportunity to get involved in better quality stock, hence my decision to utilise the Fine & Country reputation to access the upper quartile on top of my existing brands.

“The area has great transport links with the Piccadilly Line reachable from Bounds Green, Arnos Grove and Southgate. There is also a train station, Palmers Green, and bus links making this part of the capital great for commuting. There are many factors that make this area the ideal place for homeowners to begin their property search, particularly those with high incomes.”

Nicky Stevenson, MD of Fine & Country, added: “Our network of professionals in the capital continues to grow and I am proud to watch our London agents flourish. I am sure Justin will make many valuable contributions to the brand with his extensive experience in agency. I look forward to supporting him with some of the best sales and marketing tools in the industry.”
