Chancellors has announced that it will open its newest branch in Worcester over the next few days.
The new branch, located at 63 Foregate St, WR1 1DX, will offer a range of services including sales, lettings, property management, land and new homes.
Chancellors Worcester, which will become the 58th office to join the firm’s expanding network, is launching with a 0% commission to the first 100 customers who sell their property with the branch.
In addition, the first 50 customers who instruct the new Chancellors branch to let their property will receive 0% lettings & property management fees.
Having branches close to nearby Worcester including Herefordshire, Leominster, Kington, Wales, and Oxfordshire, Chancellors understand the area’s demands and needs for properties, according to Robert Scott-Lee, the company’s managing director.
