Two new recruits for Belvoir Corby
Belvoir Corby has recruited two new members of staff in response to the recent increase in local property market activity.
Belvoir has appointed Mia Tansur as a new sales negotiator and Alisha Brennan as a lettings consultant after a busy time in the George Street office.
Tansur has sales and customer service experience after previously working as a business development manager for a Lutterworth events company and running a livery business.
Tansur said: “The whole Belvoir team have been really welcoming and I’m thoroughly enjoying my new role. I look forward to meeting more of our fantastic clients and really making a difference in the sales team.”
Brennan was raised in Corby. She has extensive experience in the industry, having previously worked at an estate agency in Melton Mowbray.
The mother-of-one works closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure the lettings side of the business runs smoothly.
Bobby Singh Braich, managing director at Belvoir, said: “We are thrilled to have added two new brilliant members of staff to our team in Mia and Alisha. Their skills and local knowledge will be a great asset to our business and we wish them well in their new roles.”
Knight Frank bolsters prime offering across North, City & East London
Knight Frank has bolstered its prime offering across North, City & East London, creating a dedicated team of two sales agents who will have roaming roles across the region.
Nick Moore, a partner in the firm and formerly head of sales in the Islington office will be joining Simon Boulton, associate in the City & East to form a roaming team that will provide a bespoke service for property owners in areas not already covered by the firm’s local office network.
Boulton, who was formerly part of the Canary Wharf, Wapping and Aldgate team has been covering the City & East market in a roaming role since July 2021. He will continue to cover these areas, plus others including Shoreditch and Bethnal Green, and down to South East London incorporating Blackheath and Greenwich.
Moore will be expanding the firm’s reach into new locations in the North and East, including Hackney, Camden, Crouch End and Stoke Newington. Although not associated with a particular office, the pair will be utilising the firm’s network to provide a highly personalised service for clients across the region.
Andrew Groocock, regional partner at Knight Frank, commented, “Nick joins Simon with a wealth of experience in the north London sales market. Between them they will be able to deliver a bespoke, highly tailored service to customers whose properties may not fall within catchment of a high street KF office, but who wish to tap into our Global and London-wide reach whilst receiving exceptional customer service.”
Moore said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Simon in creating a dedicated prime team in North, City & East London and building upon our successes in the prime market in Islington, Spitalfields and the East.”
